My husband bought me this laptop as a very generous Christmas present to replace my dying desktop. I love the large screen (no glare problem) and the deluxe keyboard (keys are so nicely spaced, it has a windows key, and it even has a number pad!!). The trackpad is softly textured and is luxurious to use. The computer has a built-in camera (which actually didn't work in the first laptop, but the store exchanged it, no problem) and I've been happy with the camera quality. The computer is very fast, stable and operates without hiccups, except for one issue: for some reason, this computer has a very slow wireless internet connection. Compared to my husband's older-model laptop (both on the same connection), the new laptop is VERY slow for download and upload. This laptop has Windows 7, and we have not been able to determine if it's an OS issue or the laptop hardware. We've consulted multiple website solutions and been in to Geek Squad, all to no avail. All in all, this laptop does a great job for processing, but I'm unhappy with the wireless speed.
