an aggressive saver
Pros

    on your side with a smile, Excellent service across the board, Pays what they owe, Sound underwriting, Very responsive.

Cons
    No local insurance agent

Have been insured by them for several years. When my car was brand new I received in traffic a cracked windshield and totally splintered sun roof.  Both were repaired fast with no elevation in premiums.  All dealings have been good. Consumer Reports gives this company the highest satisfaction.
