I've never used Amica-but 2 of my friends speak highly of them.

If I were to shop..I would consider Amica because I have heard good things about them.  Their customer service is reported to be absolutely outstanding.  One of my friends states that they keep detailed notes about their customers and their life events like birth of baby, marriage etc.  and they always give her the best of service.
