We had never heard of Amica back in 2002 when we were researching new companies and I decided to give them a chance because they gave me the best rate quote on auto insurance. Fast forward to 2008, we have 3 autos and home owners insurance with them and we have no desire to change companies! They have been fabulous. Phone support is so pleasant. Recently my husband was in an accident, which was the other drivers fault. Amica kept checking in on us wanting to know how they could help us with filing claims against the other insurance company. They have also proactively called us to let us know that we were qualified for discounts. AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE!
