Bring your Dinner folks

I recently attended a showing of Batman at this theater and looking foward to it arrived early for a good seat. Five minutes before the show starts a family of four sits down next to me with... a PIZZA, garlic bread, plastic forks, paper plates and drinks. It was apparent they were not there to watch a movie but to eat dinner. Afterward I find out that this theater allows you to bring whatever you want into the theater when it comes to food. This movie theatre is close and convenient for driving my teens to and from. I have a 15 and 13 yr old who love to go to the movies with their friends. I, have never been there myself, I see most weekends there are hords of teenagers so my husband and I choose to stay home and watch movies on DVD, rather than subject ourselves to the "Teen Scene".

Don't visit the AMC movie theater in Brandon FL on Friday and Saturday nights. There are kids in every movie - talking loudly, playing with their cell phones, arguing with their girlfriends/boyfriends. The managers of this movie theater refuse to do anything about it!

Never Had a Problem....except with Parking

This is the closest theater to my house plus its an AMC which means that all those Diet Coke points I rack up are turned into AMC Gold tickets. (Nothings better than a free movie).

My husband I usually go on Fri or Sat nights. There's lots of kids outside hanging out, talking to their friends. We've never had a problem outside or inside the theater. Now, outside I have seen several police cars so that may be one reason.

My husband and I are older so we might be going to see movies that are rated "R" so that may be a reason why there's not so many kids in our movies.
