I have been attending AIU Online since August 2009. I must say that I am more than impressed with the education that I am receiving.  Sure, the pace is fast (only five weeks per class) and there is a lot of information stuffed into those five weeks, but it is well worth it. I have had some of the most amazing, knowledgeable and helpful instructors who are willing to help you the whole way through, whether its for their class or another.  I have incorporated what I have learned and what I am learning into my everyday work life.  AIU is helping me achieve my dreams of working in Human Resources. I have also met many people from all walks of life who are taking classes with me.  The discussion boards and group projects allow for peer interaction.  The advisors are there to guide you every step of the way. They montior your log-ins to the campus and your grades. They give a courtesy call if it seems as though you are having trouble and will offer assistance to help get you back on track. Overall, the school, the program, the instructors and and the classmates are a total package; I could not be enrolled in a better online program. KUDOS to AIU Online!

As a student seeking to earn my Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, AIU took all the necessary steps to make sure that I received the proper counseling about my academic past and future.  They said that this was important to ensure that I received a successful academic experience.  I felt that this was important to me because if you do not know where you have been, how are you going to ensure that you are headed in the right direction.  The next step AIU took was to see that I received a complete understanding about the costs involved in my chosen academic plan.  AIU also gave me an online tutorial that walked me through the virtual classroom process from beginning to end; Logging in, accessing the online classroom, clicking on the various icons to navigate through various information that was necessary for me to connect to during class, as well as after.  I found the professors to be excellent in their fields.  If a student had a question during class discussion, they were glad to answer any questions that a student asked.   Response time to e-mails were within 12 hours.  I really appreciated the feedback that I received about my coursework, as it helped me to improve in future assignments. Overall, I found AIU met my academic needs more than I expected.  I would definitely recommend AIU.

I love AIU Online.  It's been challenging but I feel good about the quality of education I am getting.  I have had a rough year with many major obstacles to overcome but anytime I needed anything academically the staff has been right there with fast responses.  My admissions advisor still calls occasionally to check in with me and we have some of the best conversations.  I have made new friends and managed to maintain a 3.8 GPA despite all that is going on in my life.  I like how the classes only last 5 weeks as it keeps me from getting too strained and impatient with wanting them to be over.  I don't feel like it's all long and drawn out.  However, with them being shorter I have to get my work done faster and I have to put in my research hours to make sure I do my best.  AIU is not for the student who wants to slack off and do everything last minute.  It's a school best suited for self motivated individuals who like a faster pace in life.

I go to AIU online for my bachelors in business admin.  It is great that it is fast, but it is very expensive.  I may have been better if I looked into cheeper online colleges.  The staff is very nice and helpful.

If anyone out there is looking to sign up for some on-line courses, please don't go to AIU. This school will try to get you to try anything with them to get your money. Even if they don't have what you want to major in they will still try and sign you up. I just got out of this on-line school thing, and they are still charging me everytime I log in to check and see how much I owe. Please don't request anything from this school. They will contact you over and over till you curse them out!!
