AIG Review Summary
Insurance companies are many, and they often get mixed reviews. AIG Insurance is no exception, and reviewers of this insurance company have many words of praise and also several words of criticism about AIG Insurance. It’s the “Best All- Around Auto Insurance at a Very Competitive Price” says one reviewer, but then another counters by saying AIG Insurance is “Only Good in the Beginning” and goes downhill shortly afterward. AIG Insurance has great rates, but they are apparently not easy to deal with and the insurance rates quoted by AIG Insurance are constantly changing. It makes AIG Insurance a mixed bag among Insurance Companies and one that potential customers should investigate thoroughly before accepting an offer.

AIG, how can you take money from loyal tax payers and pay out ridiculous bonuses to the already rich people in the world. I hope that the new administration fixes you but good.

After many years with Amex Assurance, an onine survery suggested AIG might provide better auto insurance rates. I followed through with a phone call and my questions were met courteously. Switching over was easy and a smart financial move. We got better service and more coverage for a lower rate. Highly recommend AIG.

Everything about this company is user friendly from the online quote to setting everything up. I save $1300 in premiums in one year, and when we did need to file a claim, we actually got a human being on the phone the first time. They handled everything without issue. I couldn't be happier.

I love that AIG teamed up with 21st century insurance I love 21st century because their operators are very informed and nice their website is super easy to use. and their rates are pretty cheap. I cant find cheaper rates anywhere!!

We have had AIG for auto insurance for about five years now, and I have no complaints. Their prices are very competitive. My experiences with Customer Support Staff have been positive. I have to admit that we have not filed any claims with them, so I cannot review them on that aspect of their services.
I pay my bills online with AIG which is quick and easy with no hidden fees. I like the fact that I can go online and check details of my policies at any time, without having to dig through my paper files, or place a phone call.

- Stated out with AIG after I moved 5 years ago,had a claim ,nothing they had to cover and it was a down hill from there and never got it resloved had to go back to Geico and am getting a great deal

When I saw the add online for AIG auto insurance I was hoping to find a low price. Here I am a good driver with no accidents or tickets and I couldn't understand why I was paying so much with my previous insurer. I even drive an economical car, not an SUV or Mercedes.
When I received the qoute I was very happy because my previous insurer had nearly doubled their rates and they couldn't explain why. Sometimes you just wake up and decide to question what your spending. I am so glad I did! I really saved over 600.00 a year on my car insurance. I was paying my insurance bill and just felt changing it would be such a hassle. watching all those adds saying how much I could save. But you always think why would my insurance company that I have been with for so long not want to fight for my money and provide me a competitive rate.
