AIG —
I have been with AIG for several years now. Their rates are less than AAA and other well known companies. They have organization discounts if you belong to any of them. They also offer roadside and identity theft assistance for free. If you figure in the cost of an annual roadside assistance membership fee, you are saving money right there. The only thing I think is a little ridiculous is that they set a percentage of their rates on the number of miles you drive each year. So the higher the miles, the higher the insurance cost. That is standard, but they want you to give them the mileage from your odometer each year. Crazy if you decide to take a few long road trips that are not part of a daily commute. I have saved money and so have the friends I have referred AIG to.
