ACT Restoring Mouthwash Review

This is my favorite mouthwash. I really only use Act since that's the one that my dentist has reccommended. And this is much milder and not alcohol-y like Listerine or even the Colgate kind. Also i've tried store brands but there is no store brand for Act (that I've seen anyway), so that's why I need to buy the name brand.

This mouthwash does everything, but the main reason I bought it was because it restores enamel, which is something I am always concerned about. I drink enough tea and soda that i need to take some preventative care. I havent' really noticed if my teeth are stronger or anything, but my mouth certainly FEELS cleaner. I'm a crazy person when it comes to oral hygeine, and I brush twice daily, then floss AT LEAST once, and then I use this mouthwash twice.

This mouthwash doesn't sting or anything, and you only have to swish it around for one minute. I highly reccomend this product!
