ACT Restoring Mouthwash Review

This is one of the more beneficial dental health products that doesn't just get rid of bad breath. It protects your teeth too. ACT Restoring Anti Cavity mouth rinse actually restores the minerals to your teeth and receding gums.

I like how it also leaves the mouth with a cool light mint flavor that is not over powering or medicine like, which is the case with some other well known mouth washes on the market. A couple of us in our household have used ACT Restoring Anti Cavity mouth rinse over the past year, and we can honestly say we are pleased with it.

It is supposed to be good for people who have sensitive teeth too. Some other mouth rinses can be pretty harsh but this one is not, yet it is still effective. It comes in a few different mint flavors and I've tried most of them and they all taste pretty nice.

My dentist recommended the ACT brand because their mouth rinses have flouride as their active ingredient. I guess other brands don't contain fluoride, which is surprising as I just assumed most of them would.

The extra fluoride in this ACT rinse is supposed to bond with your tooth enamel and make it harder. So the strenghtened enamel should make the teeth more resistant to sweets and things that could eat away at the enamel and tooth. Which means it really can help prevent decay, and you avoid having to get those dreaded fillings at your next dental check up. So it makes sense to use a fluoridated mouthwash.

Just make note that ACT Restoring Anti-cavity Mouth Rinse might have some alcohol in it. I guess it's for killing bacteria and germs. The directions say to do a 30 second to 1 minute rinse, preferably at night before bed.

If you are one of those people who is prone to getting cavities regularly or from time to time, I think this product can keep your teeth healthier than just regular mouth rinses.
