Pros

    can watch shows on the Internet, limited commercials, always on, entire previous season

Cons
    you have to click to start every 10 min.

I love that you can watch the episodes on line if you had missed it.  I enjoy this feature because I am busy with work and my kids, but always find the chance to watch my shows online.  They also have several episodes to watch.  I find that this is helpful.
