I really like that ABC offers this option as a way to "keep up" with its programming.  I often work evenings and do not have Tivo or DVR, so I love that I can still watch my favorite shows online for no fee.  The advertisements are very minimal and are worth the wait. (It still takes less time than actually watching the show on TV.)  Nearly all of their shows are online, unlike many of their competitors who only offer the longer-running or less-popular shows online.  The resolution is good and the streaming delay is little to none.  The fullscreen option is truly the full screen, thus making it easier to watch than the little boxes that only take up a quarter of the screen.  I wish they kept more of the episodes up for longer, but I'll take what I can get!
