I am pretty "allergic" to exercise, but as middle age is upon me, I had to get something to help with the mid-section. When I received my AbLounge I thought the assembly instructions were only going to be a small draw back to my overall experience. It turns out this was just the beginning of a my problems. Not bad

Alright, I used to be a dancer did it for about 15 years, so I may have already established a decent core. But after I had my son I gainded a bit in that first year and I bought this product and it took my slight pooch ( I have always been thin ) back to the 6 pack I wanted.

The AB Lounge 2 Abdominal Exercisers is a very affordable, dependable, and space saving exercise equipment item that delivers the results that are measured by your efforts put forth. Like any exercise equipment if you are not consistent in your efforts to exercise then you will not obtained your desired results. I have enjoyed my use of the AB Lounge 2 Abdominal Exerciser and look forward to my continued use of my equipment. I can only speak for my experience when using the aforementioned exerciser according to the directions accompanying the exerciser.

Doesn't live up to the advertisement

I got this product 3 years ago for Christmas. I used it religiously for about 3 weeks, and then went back to on the floor crunches. I didn't notice any improvement in my abs, but I was getting completely nauseous from the motion everytime I used it. I live in a small house and since I have not gotten rid of the stupid thing yet, it makes a nice clothing rack because it is nearly impossible to store.

So easy to use! Great investment, good price. It really makes ab work outs easy! no pressure on the back or neck. The video has great follow thru tips. Any body can use it. Just sit on it. Lie back. Hold the upper bar, place feet on the extension bar and start doing sit ups! It also is great for doing a back stretch on. Feels great! Timely response on the order. Does require assembly.

The Ab Lounge 2, looked great I finally thought I could get great abs, once again if it's too good to be true it usually is. It's quite easy to perform the overall excersise but it seems too simple. This contraption didn't seem to even work my abdominal mucles. It also only works one muscle group. Honestly, save yourself the money and do crunches or situps the old fashioned way.

I bought this from a friend who was moving and had great things to say about it but was unable to take it with because of a lack of storage space. Maybe I have yet to figure out the proper way to use it but have yet to feel like it has made any difference. My friends all love their own ab lounger so I'm still on the fence.

Wow, This really works!

At first I was surpised at how easy it was to use. I thought there was no way it would actually work. But less than a month later, after using it for only a few minutes a day, I was down 2 jean sizes. I didn't change my diet or anything. I would definitely recommend this to all of my friends!

not for people with bloodpressure problems

The way the machine leans you back, it made my bloodpressure drop. I felt so dizzy. I had two of my friends with bloodpressure problems try it out; they had the same reaction.

I can feel the burn after a few reps!

This product does let you feel the burn after a few reps. I just wish the dvd that came with it have more exercises on it.

The ab lounge 2 is not the perfect ab exerciser if you are not a tall person. You don't quite get the range of motion you need.

I have been using te AB Lounge 2 at my gym and see results using it. I have a slipped disk in my back and this thing is great for easily strenching my back out. Like any machine you have to put in the work and not expect an over night miracle. 30 days is not enough time to use something and expect results. It takes many exersises and machines to get the job done. No one machine will go it.
