eh i'm still on the fence about this

I bought this from a friend who was moving and had great things to say about it but was unable to take it with because of a lack of storage space. Maybe I have yet to figure out the proper way to use it but have yet to feel like it has made any difference.  My friends all love their own ab lounger so I'm still on the fence.
