AB Lounge 2 Abdominal Excerciser — 

Alright, I used to be a dancer did it for about 15 years, so I may have already established a decent core.  But after I had my son I gainded a bit in that first year and I bought this product and it took my slight pooch ( I have always been thin ) back to the 6 pack I wanted.

Were all 15 yrs. in ballet? I began ballet and tap when I was three and then picked up clogging a few years later. I was also doing gymnastics. Once I got in college I was a cheerleader for a Christian university soccer team because they didn't have dance teams or gymnastics. Then I left the Baptist college and went to UT and there I joined the gymnastics and ballet teams and at some point along the way I picked up jazz and lyrical dance. I still do ballet. In fact, I have to be at the studio in about 7 1/2 hours! So, are you keeping up with DWTS?

My foundation and technique come from Russian Ballet, but as a dance you would know that once you have the basis and foundation of movement, and the understanding of distribution of weight as well as utilization of the space around you, it's pretty simple to pick up on any style of dance.

I like to tell people that it's like that art technique where you see everything as shapes and then you can draw just about anything. IT"S GREAT to see a fellow dancer :-) WE are a rare breed now days.

I just about killed myself using one of these at my "Memaw's" so now I have chosen to use the Gold's Gym exercise bar for ab crunches and push-ups. I have 30+ years dance background and still dance in a ballet production once a year. In fact I am in the dance studio 3x a week now getting ready for a week long performance during the 4th of July week. What sort of dance did you do? ~Gigi ♫
