Took some time, but very communicative and thorough

I had to have my transmission rebuilt. Because of various problems, it took almost two weeks, but during that time, Kris was very communicative about what they were doing. The AAMCO dealer in Olathe, KS repaired my transmission while on vacation.  Unfortunately, the car was dirty (lots of grease spots) when it was delivered.  We drove one block before having to return immediately due to flashing warning lights and locked… read full review »

bad tourgue converter after repair car would not crank all time
I am easy., a consumer who expects follow thru, expecting good, fair service

Car had a bad torgue converter, when reinstalling the transmission, The tech did not connect the ingear safety switch. Car would not start everytime, Manager got nastey about the entire  condition. I will NOT and will not let anyone I know take a dead dog there.
