AAA —
July, 2008 - Our switch from Allstate to AAA earned us a savings of over $1,600.00 per year. Same exact coverage, same vehicles....no wait - we added a car for our soon to be teen driver and even with the additional car, we saw that savings! Amazing!Fast forward several months - (one of our vehicles developed a stress crack in the window that ran up the driver's side...oh, no! What will this do to our insurance?)
November, 2008 - We gave AAA a call and no problem. They called back the same day to set-up an appointment to fix the window. My husband wanted a specific place to do the repair - they also had no problem with that request. AAA called and set everything up for the appointment and payment. Our window is good as new. The entire claim process went smoothly and we only had to pay the deductable on pick-up.
Now that's Great service!
