AAA Review

I called AAA for an automobile insurance quote.  The customer service representative was very thorough in finding out what exact coverage I was looking for.  He asked all the necessary questions, i.e., other drivers, other kinds of insurance I may need.  He was able to combine my coverage into car insurance and renter's insurance, and gave me a multi-policy discount.  He also explained each type of coverage and offered other deductibles/coverage as well.  He then sent me the quotes via email so that I could review different types of coverage as well as different monthly premiums.  He gave me his direct extension so that I would consistently be dealing with the same representative.  He never called or bugged me, just waited until I contacted him again and asked further questions.  He added a driver and then took the driver off to show me the different options/costs.  This was a very pleasant insurance quote.
