A Slice of New York Pizza - Knightdale, NC Review

Great food, horrible service, long needless wait (waited 50 minutes when no one else was there) meals came out at various times. Staff seemed that they could not care less about us and other people who ordered after us who were getting very impatient.

They appear to be just about ready to put the key in the door and walk away. If they had even the barest knowledge of customer service and housekeeping, I would love to go back because the food is exceptionally good but the staffs' attitude is the worst I have ever seen.

When the store is empty of customers, you folks MIGHT want to consider heading out to where us slobs sit who pay your bills and wiping the crumbs off of EVERY TABLE in the place. Not ONE TABLE was clean. None. And the store was virtually empty when we arrived.

After 30 minutes, I asked where our food was. The girl that took our order looked at me with the same look  I get when I go tot he DMV and gruffly MUTTERED that it would be out in a minute without even looking at me. My meal came out 10 minutes later. I was just about done. My son was done, his meal came out before mine, my wife was enraged by the time her food came out and was just about ready to ask for her money back. Between the mean girl cashier, and the REALLY mean girl who came in later, you'd have to be ready for serious attitude if you dare to complain.

Other diners seemed to be as annoyed as we were. The guy next to us got his money back. His food never came, even when his wife was DONE EATING.

Lock the door folks. It's over. Next time, learn a little about making customers happy.
