A Bad Case of Stripes Books  — 

As a teacher I preview many books each month.  My favoriest are those that teach an underlying life lesson.  In this book, the main character learns to accept herself for who she is.  Unexpectetd envents keep the reader highly engaged.  The illustrations are vivid and memorable.

Hi! This is a good lesson for us all! Is there a certain age group that this book was written for? I have a niece that this would be great for.
