I paid my co-pay and never heard anything back from them and then I got a letter in the mail stating they were turning me over to collections.  I called insurance and they assured me that they never received anything and said it would have been covered. They called the doctor's office and asked them to summit the paper work for claim. I am a member of VSP eye insurance.  I decided to give this place a try since it is on my way home from work.

I arrived at the scheduled time and filled out all the new patient paperwork.  Next, I was taken for preliminary testing by one of the office staff.  She took quite a while to adjust equipment and kept saying she had been out a few days and someone had gotten it out of whack.  I did fairly well with the 1st test.  However, the glaucoma screening didn't go so well.  The lady again adjusted and re-adjusted numerous times.  I am a anxious person and just want to get this out of the way,...
