This was a great movie. It told an exciting story and it did it with great graphic and visual effects. While not historically accurate, it still brought a bit of history into the lives of those that watched it. My son is a history buff and he was very excited to see this movie. He is often disappointed when movies do not stick to actual historical facts, but it did not bother him at all in this movie. I actually went along begrudgingly because I was not interested in seeing the movie. I came out a real fan though. I would not take small children to see 300 because it is a rather gory movie. There is a lot of unnecessary blood and guts. I still give the movie 5 stars though. Action fans will love it!
