A friend told me about this DVD and after watching her body begin to transform, I knew I had to have it. Jillian offers 3 different levels of circuit training workouts. Each one begins with a warmup and then 3 minutes of strength, 2 minutes of cardio, and 1 minute of abs. You repeat the circuit two additional times and end with a cool down. It only takes 20 minutes and you definitely feel the burn of your body changing! Each level of exercise also has 2 options.. You can watch one person to do modified easier versions of the moves or another for the advanced version. Jillian's great at saying what you need to hear in order to keep you motivated. Somewhere around the third circuit, I start feeling like I might die and she always responds with "If it hurts, keep going. Those are the most important ones." She's tough, but I can feel it working. I already feel more confident and look forward to the rest of the 30 days.
