I have been trying for sometime to find a routine that works for me. I am not really a fan of the Biggest Loser, but I have heard nothing but great results from the show, and others who watch it. I decided to pick up this DVD and give it a try. I am getting married in a couple of months now and just wanted to tone up my body a little more.
I can say that for 20 minutes, she kicks your butt. All of the exercises are easy and she customizes them to different levels depending on your ability. I work out five days a week doing various exercises (running, pilates, yoga, etc.) but the day oafter I tried this routine for the first time, I was sore in places I didn't even know you could be sore in.
But it is worth it if you want the results. I feel better about myself, I feel slimmer, though I haven't weighed myself, mainly because i do not own a scale, but my clothes are fitting differently. I guess overall I got that definition that I wanted and I do feel stronger.
