30 Day Shred with Jillian Michaels — 

I ordered 30 Day Shred after reading many reviews from fellow fitness buffs.  I have been doing Zumba to try and lose wieght and while it's fun, it's not a tough, burning workout that I was looking for. 
Jillian's 30 Day Shred really kicks butt.  I am 3 days in on level one and I can already see a huge difference in my endurance from the first day (where I could hardly make it through and felt sick afterward) to today where I broke a sweat and was out of breath, but got through it and felt great after!  I've already lost 2 lbs and my arms, chest, and legs are already feeling tighter.  It's a great workout if you're committed to working out and losing weight along with wanting to tone up!
