30 Day Shred with Jillian Michaels — 

Jillian Michaels 30 Day Shred is quite challenging, if you are a beginner at exercising or just want a little more into your everyday routine. There are 3 segments, 20 min. each. Start with the 1st and work your way up to the 3rd. If you are in "terrific" shape then you shouldn't have a problem, but for the one that wants to do something about themselves and feel better, then this is for you. Not easy at first but you 'will' get in the swing of things, just keep up with it !
