I have been with 21st century insurance for about 10 years now.  I insure 2 trucks with them now and my rates are $100 lower than anything else around.  I have tried to get a lower rate by adding them to an umbrella policy, tried switching and using all kinds of added discounts - they always come out the cheapest.  I have really great coverage too - not the state minimums.

 They offer referal bonuses too.
