2005 Dodge Grand Caravan Reviews

I do love the Stow-N-Go seats! They did loose some interior height with them though.

They are very easy to operate. It could probably be done one handed. The problem is comfort. The seats on this 2005 are not nearly as comfortable as the ones in my 2000 Caravan.

I also prefer the Vanity mirrors built into the visors on the 2000 over the 2005. The newer ones are hard to see inand only have a light on one side.

The overhead computer system is better in the 2000 also in the way it works, but the 2005 gets better milage. At the right speed with the cruise control on, I can get 25 mpg.

My 2005 Dodge Grand Caravan has been the greatest vehicle I have ever owned.  This van is kid friendly and user friendly.  From the stow and go seating to the smooth quiet drive.  My family has taken many road trips with this vehicle and she has held up very well. 

The automatic doors have to be my very favorite feature.  When your hands are full with purse, baby bag, and infant, a double push of a button and presto the door opens for you.  No more setting items down to get the free hand to open the door.

When we were shopping for a pre-owned vehicle, I had two requirements... it must have air conditioning and it must have stow-n-go seating.   

We bought our 2005 Dodge Grand Caravan used with 24000 miles on it when we were expecting our first child.  I am so pleased with this vehicle.  I don't think I will ever buy anything other than a Dodge Grand Caravan to replace it! 

Our family loves traveling in this van, it is so comfortable.  The stow and go seats are a life saver when we travel with the in-laws or have to take along all of the accessories required by a baby (stroller, etc).
