Favorable Review
The dodge grand caravan is a good buy if bought new or previous year model still on lot. — This vehicle is fuel efficient getting roughly 20-26 miles per gallon (differs due to fuel grade, and wether or not you are driving highway or street) An extended warrenty was purchased and we have…

Critical Review
I bought a 2005 Dodge Grand Caravan with sto & go seating and I'll never buy another Dodge again! I bought this to up grade from the Saturn VUE that I was driving. I needed more space for me and my kids. First off the dodge dealer only gave us $500 for our trade in and it was in great condition. We…

We were about to have a third child and needed a bigger car or van. We test drove some others and even though my Dad is a GM retiree. We decided to go Dodge. I love the stow and go!!!! LOVE IT! It's the best place to hide the Christmas gifts and no one ever knows they are there. We have 3 todlers and tote around them in car seats with strollers, diaper bags, blankets and everything else a bunch of little kiddos need. We are bigger people and we love that it has head room for us since we are taller than average. I like the fact that it's also comfortable even if I ride in the back with the…

When I was researching vehicles, when I bought my 2005 Dodge Grand Caravan, I noticed that others were complaining about Transmission issues on ALL the DGC. I have yet had any transmission problems but the car only has 55000 m on it. There was a recall on the rear ac tubes(cant remember the technical name) that I had taken care of before I left the dealership, but the next summer, my AC went out. Found out that recall part design was bad and they had a third set of pieces to fix the problem, we'll see how long it lasts. Just recently my ERG valve sensor went bad. Sensor and valve…

When we were shopping for a pre-owned vehicle, I had two requirements... it must have air conditioning and it must have stow-n-go seating. We bought our 2005 Dodge Grand Caravan used with 24000 miles on it when we were expecting our first child. I am so pleased with this vehicle. I don't think I will ever buy anything other than a Dodge Grand Caravan to replace it! — Our family loves traveling in this van, it is so comfortable. The stow and go seats are a life saver when we travel with the in-laws or have to take along all of…

I do love the Stow-N-Go seats! They did loose some interior height with them though. — They are very easy to operate. It could probably be done one handed. The problem is comfort. The seats on this 2005 are not nearly as comfortable as the ones in my 2000 Caravan. — I also prefer the Vanity mirrors built into the visors on the 2000 over the 2005. The newer ones are hard to see inand only have a light on one side. — The overhead computer system is better in the 2000 also in the way it works, but the 2005 gets better milage. At the right speed with the cruise control on, I…

I've driven van/minivans for the past 15 years. I love vans for the versatility and space they provide for transporting people (i.e.kids) and things. One of my biggest problems was having to wait for someone to come along to help remove the seats, store them someplace and replace them when done. Along came Dodge (and Chrysler) with their Stow&Go idea. It was truly the selling point for me. Now I am able to convert from a passenger vehicle to a cargo mover in a matter of minutes and it can be done alone.…

I have had my Dodge Caravan for 3 years - it drives and handles very well in snow and on ice. The DVD system is a life saver with the kids on trips. With the stow and go seats it is easy to haul items quickly and without prior planning. With the 21 mpg it is a much better value and versatile than the truck it…

I am on my third Dodge Caravan and am in the process of obtaining my fourth Dodge Caravan. The vehicle is dependable with good gas mileage. If Dodge could improve I would suggest they make the seats more comfortable and wider especially for those who drive…
