I am meticulous on cleaning my kids clothes and since they play rough I need something tough to help clean their clothes and get the stains out. I find this product added to my wash with usual laundry detergent helps get my clothes cleaner and brighter.

Borax is the best

I use borax all the time. We had a roach infestation at work and I spread it all over the place and it got rid of them (thank goodness). Use it in laundry all the time. Cheap and effective

I Love Borax!

Borax is the best, there seems to be almost nothing it can not be used for. My boyfriend is a smoker and sometimes his clothes just smell like smoke. I always add Borax into the washing machine for his clothes as a booster and it helps keeping them fresh. I also use Borax in the dishwasher and the dishes always come out clean and not cloudy at all. I also use it in the carpet cleaner to remove pet odors and it works wonderfully. I have found many uses for it from the internet and I'm sure I will probably find even more! My daughter also uses it for different craft projects, making slime, Borax crystals.. etc.... I always make sure to have a couple of boxes around the house!

Borax!!

Borax is something that my husband and I use on a daily basic. We made homemade laundry detergent and Borax is one of the key ingredient in our recipe. It works well at helping keep our clothes clean. One of the things that I like most about Borax is that it isn't as toxic as many of the traditional cleaners you can find at the store. If you go to their website, I discovered it can be used as pretty much an all-purpose cleaner! It can be used as a carpet cleaner, order control, remove candle wax, wash dishes as well as laundry, be used in the dishwasher, and keeps fresh flowers stay fresh. Borax not only works well, but it also saves my husband and I a lot of money. We have been married for almost three years and we are on our 2nd box of Borax to wash our clothes with. Who can say they only have used one box (or container) of detergent for almost 3 years? It's great use for arts and crafts as well. I have made flubber with children out of borax, and they LOVE It! Performance Works great every time. Scent Average smell of cleaner.

I Used this 30 years ago Still Use it Today It Works!

The first time I used this detergent was 32 years ago when my daughter was born. At the time, disposable diapers were not available so soaking them in 20 Mule Team Borax would help clean them. Today I still use it on greasy stained clothes or hard to remove stains. it really does work. It is priced about the same as other detergents but since it is a powder I find that you need to use hot water to disolve it. Cold water just does not work well with it. 20 Mule Team Borax cleans and deodorizes everything! It has many used other than cleaning clothes. i use it on my dishes, counter tops, as a deodorizer , and more. It works great and that has why it has been around for many years. It has a nice mild scent and the product is 100 percent effective. I love it! You can find it in the laundry detergent section of your grocery store and is worth every penny of the reasonable price. You should definitely give it a try!

Miracle in a Box!

You can do everything with Borax. Cleaning and making the bathroom smell fresh is just one of them. It's safe and non-toxic. My toddler grandson likes to help me clean the bathtub before he gets in. I can sprinkle some Borax in the tub and give him a sponge and let him get after it. There is nothing to worry about as far as it being dangerous. We clean and rinse the tub with cold water and it sparkles. The same is true with the sinks and the bowl. For the shower doors I add a little Dawn Dish Soap and scrub the shower doors. It removes the soap scum and the doors are sparkling again. Borax removes any odors in the drains too. I mix Dawn dish liquid (blue) with Borax and keep it in a large plastic container. When you mix it well the dawn will make little balls of soap in the Borax. I then fill recycled shaker containers and keep them all over the house. Empty Parmesan Cheese containers are great! It's my go to for just about any job. I clean garbage cans with it, diaper pails just the stinkiest jobs you can imagine and it leave the surface shining and odor free. Scent It has no scent but it's great at removing odors!

Best product ever!

My dad has always used Borax as did my grandparents, so it has been a part of our households for so many years and it has way more uses than most people know about, it really is like you have a 20 mule team working its magic to clean things up! I use this on so many different surfaces in my house, including putting it in my laundry, no matter what anyone tells me, this still works better than anything else that they have come up with to make your whites look better and brighter. I love to use this in my toilet. We have such hard water around here so I put some of this in my toilets along with a pumice stone about once every month and I scrub away. It helps get everything off really easily and my toilets look so white and clean all of the time because of it. It is not as convenient as all of these cleaners that are in spray bottles, but it really works so well that it is worth it to grab a rag and do a little extra work, everything sparkles and shines after you use this and you can really use it on any surface in your home to make things beautiful and very clean.

Works as a Great Cleaner!

I only discovered 20 Mule Team Borax a few years ago, but now I love it. I use it to make my own laundry detergent and dishwasher detergent and they both work wonderfully. This product is the main ingredient in both homemade detergents. You can also use 20 Mule Team Borax along with your current laundry detergent for extra dirty loads of laundry. It can also be used with each load of laundry as a water softener. I also found another great use for this product last summer. My dog got fleas last year and, oh my, fleas are terrible. I sprinkled 20 Mule Team Borax onto my carpets every night and then vacuumed it up in the morning. During the night the Borax on the carpet would suffocate the fleas. Now I just use it in this way once a week as a precaution. I also love that it does not have a perfume smell, just a clean smell. I am so glad I came across 20 Mule Team Borax a few years ago as now I love it!

So many uses

The main things i use this product for is boosting my laundry detergent. I do not always but top notch detergent, usually just what is on sale or what I have coupons for. This stuff is cheap enough to help give any detergent that extra boost without the use of harsh bleach to help better whiten my clothes and make them smell fresher. It also helps keep that musty smell from occurring with my front loading washer. After some research I began to find other uses for this product and have tried many of them out and been very impressed. We have a dog and I have found this to be a good flea killer. I apply some to the carpets just after vacuuming then wait to vacuum again for at least three days. We have been a flee free home since doing this on a regular basis and it is much safer for everyone as opposed to the chemical dips and medications. It can also be used to keep spiders and other pests away. For ants I mix small amounts outside with sugar and when they come to eat the sugar they also get the borax which in turn gets rid of them all.

20 Mule Team Borax

20 Mule Team Borax cleaning powder is one of the best products I have ever purchased. I use this powder in all most every cleaning job I do. I add the powder to my laundry. It gives my laundry detergent a cleaning boost. I also use it by itself in a wash cycle to clean out the washing machine and keep it fresh smelling. I use this powder as a pre soak also. I make sure it is dissolved in warm water first and then add the clothes I want to pre soak. I add the borax to my floor cleaner when I mop the floors. I sprinkle the dry powder on my carpets, let it set for a few minutes and then vacuum up the powder. The carpets are left clean and smelling fresh with no residue left behind. The only drawbacks I have with this product are the cardboard container it comes in and the perforated area made to open to use the powder is hard to first open unless you use a knife along the perforations. After initially opening the box, I will pour the borax into a plastic container and tape the front of the box on the outside of the plastic container. By doing this, I am able to keep the powder from getting damp. The cardboard seems to draw moisture.
