1999 Dom Perignon Champagne French Champagne Review

Dom Perignon 1999 vintage is their best vintage by far that I have tried. I first got this to celebrate my husband's homecoming from deployment and we were wowed,.We've also tried the 1995 and 1996 and 2000. The 1999 Dom had our favorite combination of flavors on the pallette- light and fruity with a hint of wood, almost sandalwood undertones. There is a spectacular array of flavors that differs between when you first taste it and the aftertaste. I would say its one of those things you must try before you die!!
