This apartment building(studios - 3 bedrooms) is part of the Weinreb Inc. here in New York City. This currently is the only building Weinreb (a lawyer) owns on the Upper East Side. .

The 14 story building was built in the 50's. It has always been a rental building. Overall the building is in good condition. There is a garage located under the building. With the addition of a new live-in Super, the building's condition is improving. The rooms are larger than many apartments in the city and have been going thru renovations as they become available.
