Ultimate Boot Camp
10 Minute Solution Ultimate Boot Camp really kick my behind! I am a fan of 10 Minute Solution fitness dvds because it only takes 10 minutes to get a full workout done. The workout on this particular dvd consist of: Fat Fighting Skills & Drills, Ultimate Upper Body Training, Ultimate Lower Body Training, Ultimate Total Body Training and Six Pack Ab Attack. Each workout is 10 minutes long and the entire dvd 53 minutes in length. In the first workout there is a lot of jumping around which is considered high intensity. So for those who prefer a lower intensity workout maybe this isn't the workout for you. In the Ultimate Lower Body Training there are a lot of lunges and squats which can be tough on one's knees. If you have knee problems skip this workout. You will need a set of hand weights as well to use during workouts Ultimate Upper Body Training and Ultimate Total Body Training, This is a great workout and I really like it. I wish there were modified versions of some of the workouts shown in the dvd.
