As a mom of three preschool kids, I've been pregnant or nursing for five years, but I long to return to that old size and shape-you know the one before the belly resembled a balloon blown up too many times. 10-Minute Solution: Rapid-Results Pilates is great! As I mentioned before, I can choose the amount of time and the types of exersices I do. The DVD has workouts that target specific muscle groups and problem areas, such as: abs, thighs, arms, whole body, and buttocks. I can choose which group to target or a combination of groups, each session is 10 minutes long. Can you really get a good workout in 10 minutes? I was plesantly suprised at how hard my body had to work during those 10 minutes!
Rapid-Results Pilates was great not only after pregnancy, to get my body back into a shape that I recognized, but because it is low impact I was able to use it during much of my pregnancy. It helped me to remain flexible and strong, making pregnancy much more comfortable, labor smoother, and recovery faster. I would highly recommend it!
