I have used 1-800-flowers.com many times to order flowers for different occasions.  There are some really beautiful arrangements to choose from.  The prices aren't that bad either.  They run some pretty good sales fairly often.

The flowers have always been fresh and arranged beautifully, except for the last time I ordered from them.  I especially love the birthday cake shaped flower arrangement.  I have ordered this a few times and have gotten many compliments on it.  I have also referred other people to the site just to order the birthday cake shaped arrangement.

Love the quality of the plants and flowers that arrive from this florist. They always last a long time or live and thrive after getting them delivered. It for the most part is delivered ontime or if not, there is always a good reason. Living far from any of my relatives I resort to sending plants/flowers/gifts quite often during the year to let them know I am thinking about them.

I have only one problem...does a five dollar plant really have to cost fourty?

I received a beautiful bouquet of pink and white roses that were delivered by UPS the Saturday before Mother's Day.  The box included a note from my dear friend, a pretty pink glass vase, 2 packs of flower fresh, and well packaged rose buds.  The roses are still blooming and beautiful.  

I shopped inside the 1-800-Flowers store in Dearborn, Michigan, and was impressed by the selection, customer service, and the price. 

For Mother's Day, I purchased a beautiful azalea plant for my mom.  I had a $30 gift certificate that I used and there were plenty of pretty flowers and plants to choose from within that price range.  In fact, there were so many nice things, I had a hard time choosing just the right gift. 

The 1-800-Flowers store also had a great selection of other gifts, and I was especially impressed by the themed-sets.  The baby-themed gifts were very cute and I didn't...

While it seems to be convenient with a few clicks of the mouse, I will next time get in my car and go to a store and buy an armful of flowers for the same amount as 1800flowers. The birthday arrangement I chose in the large size was 49.99 plus 13.99 for shipping. I chose this arrangement because it was colorful and pretty. What my Mom in Law received was on the small side, dark colors, and looked like it was for maybe a funeral. I was very disappointed.  I am a last minute shopper!!  Even so I shop for quality, value and friendly service.  I used 1-800-Flowers.com to send my mom flowers for Mother's Day.  I waited until Saturday to start shopping.  Since my mom lives out-of-state, I knew the only way to guarantee next day delivery was through the Internet.  Since I am a MyPoints user, I tried 1-800-Flowers.com on MyPoints' reference.  Also I get to shop while earning points; for more shopping!!  On the 1-800-Flowers Website I was able to purchase flowers and candy for my mom for less than $100.00.  1-800- Flowers delivered my gift on...

I purchased gifts from 1-800-flowers this year because of the wonderful specials they were advertising and their satisfactory past performance.  Trying to be an early bird, I ordered my flowers and took advantage of one of the sales.  The flowers I chose were boxed but "guaranteed" to be fresh; however, when my mother received them, they were dry, discolored, and literally falling apart.  She took a picture of the arrangement and I was thoroughly disappointed in them as well.  Additionally, the boxed variety requires some work on the part of the recipient --  unwrapping the flowers, clipping...
