Not only did 1-800-flowers.com deliver two days late, they were completely rude and unapologetic about doing so. All I wanted was the additional S/H charges I paid (to insure a certain delivery date) refunded. I tried to reconcile the problem with their customer service department for more than two weeks with no results. NEVER AGAIN.
