not one to take bad service lightly, appreciative of good customer service, a comparison shopper, willing to pay for quality, a believer in communication, never shopping there again, an avid online shopper, expecting good, fair service

    unreliable, Terrible customer service

Not only did 1-800-flowers.com deliver two days late, they were completely rude and unapologetic about doing so. All I wanted was the additional S/H charges I paid (to insure a certain delivery date) refunded. I tried to reconcile the problem with their customer service department for more than two weeks with no results. NEVER AGAIN.

Same thing happened to me 4 different times! I disputed the charges this last time and don't have to pay for the last round.
