I ordered a bouquet from 1800Flowers to send to my mother for Mother's Day. The flowers did not bloom as they should have. I merely emailed 1800Flowers who promptly sent a replacement bouquet that bloomes beautifully. 1800Flowers did not hesitate to honor their satisfaction guarantee. I appreciate their excellent customer service and will use them for all my floral purchases in the future.
