1-800-Flowers.com Review

A number of years back, I ordered flowers for a sad occasion.  My boss' mom passed away.  We called the number and ordered the flowers.  We got a call 2 days later that they delivered the flowers after the funeral to the funeral home.  So they were late.  My boss never got them.  So I asked for a refund.  The partner shop refused.  We called the 800 number.  They were cold and said they would not help.

800-flowers has lost my business for life.
