Never again will I book 1-800-Flowers to send flowers. 4 times in a row they messed up my order by deliverying them late every time. Sent my mother flowers for her birthday 2 years ago and 8 days after her birthday and dozen of phone calls she finaly received flowers but they were the wrong ones. She was given a some one elses flowers who's family member died only to be told to keep them and they would send her the right ones. The following year they arrived 4 days after her birthday however were correct. Just this past Valentine's day my partner's flowers were deliverd the day after Valentine's even though I ordered them way ahead of time. When I tried to call, they shut their main phone line down and redireted everybody to the website. I sent them an email but only have received an auto response form email. I called my credit card company and disputed the charges and I don't have to pay for them. They are unresponsive at every level and have will take your money in the fastes way they can, but after that forget about it. They have your money so they don't care. Buyer beware!
