The flowers were nice, but vase was broken.

The flowers arrived on the date requested and they were lovely.  However, I had to hunt for a vase to put them in as the one that came with the flowers was broken.  My daughter contacted he flower company and she was given a $10.00 credit for the vase and also received a $14.00 credit toward her next order.  So,even though I as a little disappointed over the broken vase which went so well with the flowers, I feel as though my daughter was treated fairly under the circumstances.
